This is a planning meeting for Community Connectors - folks who will be facilitating and leading Community Conversations. Community Conversations are small groups that gather throughout the year to build community and foster open, creative conversations about how to advance policies and practices that build a more equitable and anti-racist Durham. Through conversation, folks from across Durham will identify proactive actions and reactive responses needed to dismantle systems of racism and oppression and promote a more just and equitable Durham where all people can live well.
