It's a weekend of action!

The housing, education, environmental, economic, and racial justice issues our action teams fight for year-round are on the ballot this year. People's Alliance has long championed progressive issue advocacy in Durham, and we're now extending our issue-based focus into the electoral arena.

The outcomes of this election will set the conditions for our advocacy going forward on issues ranging from affordable housing to climate justice. In partnership with the Carolina Federation, we will turn out voters by connecting the high stakes of these critical issues with voting this fall. 

We believe we have the greatest impact when PA members act in community on the issues we care about. Together, right now, we can make a difference on race equity, public education, economic justice, and more.
