In addition, we’ll also talk about next steps on: 1) our work on development incentive reform, 2) our collaboration with the Housing Team on property tax relief for low-income homeowners, 3) our collaboration with the Environment/Climate Justice team on a Green New Deal for Durham, and 4) Durham Tech’s process for hiring a new president.
