Announcements from the December 12, 2019 People's Alliance end of year meeting and party:

Thanks so much to everyone who joined us at The Scrap Exchange for our end-of-year membership meeting and holiday party! After enjoying each other’s company and delicious catering from Zweli’s, People’s Alliance members took the following votes:

• Victoria Bright, who currently serves as Interim President and as Secretary of the PA Board, will finish out 2019 as President and Secretary until the new Executive Committee begins its term in January.
• The co-treasurers’ proposed budget for 2020 was approved.
• The 2020 PA Board Executive Committee will be: Victoria Bright (Co-President), Katie Mgongolwa (Co-President), Katie Todd (Vice President), Ricky Leung (Secretary), and Matthew Messana (Treasurer).
• And seven new Board members will serve from 2020-2021: Ameshia Cooper, Chukwuemeka “Chuck” A. Manning Sr., David Paletta, Elizabeth Simpson, Fredrick Farrington, Nicole Netzel, and Raymundo Garcia.

The following board members will continue to serve in 2020: Victoria Bright, Katie Mgongolwa, Katie Todd, Ricky Leung, Matthew Messana, Ana Sofia Nunez, Dabney Hopkins, Delvin Davis, Nicole Furnace, and Yesenia Polanco.
