We need a strong presence at City Hall on Monday, December 1, 7:00 pm. City Council will decide whether to rezone Erwin Terrace for more apartments. We want to keep 15% of homes affordable to working people, including new teachers, police officers, firefighters, small business creators, young families, emerging artists, and many long time residents.  Before December 1, ask City Council to keep Durham affordable by emailing: [email protected].
