After Tiller Screening

In honor of the 41st anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, please join Ipas, NARAL Pro-Choice North Carolina, the Durham People's Alliance and the Carolina Abortion Fund for a rare screening of award-winning documentary After Tiller.

The screening and panel discussion will take place on Monday, January 20, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Motorco Music Hall in Durham and will benefit the Carolina Abortion Fund, a volunteer-run nonprofit organization that helps those who are seeking an abortion in North Carolina but cannot afford the full cost.

After Tiller intimately explores the subject of third-trimester abortions in the aftermath of the 2009 assassination of practitioner Dr. George Tiller. The film is an early favorite to receive an Oscar nomination for Best Documentary Feature Film. Learn more about the film and watch the preview here.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring experts in the field of reproductive rights and health.

All ticket proceeds go to the Carolina Abortion Fund. Please consider making an additional contribution to the Carolina Abortion Fund. Carolina Abortion Fund is a volunteer-run organization with limited overhead costs, 95% of your donation will go directly to the low-income patients they serve.
