Goal : Safeguard reproductive rights within Durham & NC

Speakers will cover a variety of topics relating to the Supreme Court regarding Roe v. Wade and the state of reproductive health in NC. Attendees will have a chance to learn about and sign up for action.

Maya Hart - NC Coordinator, SisterSong, will speak on the overall philosophy of Reproductive Justice. She will also lead a breakout room for their ground building efforts in NC

Senator Murdock - Review current legislation that she has introduced at the NC General Assembly

Jillian Riley - Director of Advocacy, Planned Parenthood of the North Atlantic, will speak on current messaging and language from PP for use by anyone who wants to advocate.

Tara Romano - ED of Pro Choice NC, will speak on impact of ruling in State of NC and the impact of the upcoming election of reproductive freedom in NC, review SCOTUS ruling
