Today a bill, SB 315, was filed by Representative Tim Moore from Cleveland County. This bill would force the city of Durham to extend utilities to the 751 South development. 751 South Developers have formed a Super PAC in an attempt to BUY County Commissioners who will support their development. Thankfully, we have our People’s Alliance PAC. Through hundreds of small donations from progressive community members, like you, we are able to fight for clean water, clean air, and other important progressive issues.
